Carolyn Apodaca has chosen to be in real estate for over 25 years because of the passion she has selling land, providing hard money loans and developing subdivision lots.  She started as an apprentice to her father dividing land  and owner financing  purchases during her college career.  Her ability to find solutions for both seller and buyer has proven to be the success to her own real estate company and mortgage lending company.
